Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga unites movement with breath, focusing our minds while strengthening our bodies. Come challenge yourself as we move on the mat.

We will have a different focus for each class, and will be performing asanas (or poses) that help us work on these focuses, working progressively from warm up to a peak pose, and back through a cool down to our final savasana.
