Student Testimonials
About This Program

"From the moment I fell in love with Buddhi I was waiting for this program to get to know more about the practice, about its history, what makes it 'Buddhi' and what 'yoga', how it affects our physical and mental health, why it is beneficial for us, why we feel so good during and after the practice, and what I need to do to be able to create such an amazing experience for other people as an instructor. Did the program answer all my questions? By all means! The money, time and energy invested into it is totally worth it. Although the program is designed for future instructors, I benefit from it also personally as I learned how to practice Buddhi safely, effectively, and yet still have a lot of fun.  The program consists of the theory and the practical part, both supported by written manuals (Felicia, I cannot not say again how much I love the format and the content!!!). Even though I already had some knowledge about yoga and about our body in general from other sports, I gathered a lot of new information during the program; information that was scientifically documented and that was studied for the purpose of other existing practices. I really liked that the course was split into the theoretical part, practice as a student, and the part where I could practice as an instructor. I feel much more confident in my moves, I am able to do my home practice and to build a class full of various moves. Last but not the least to mention, I couldn't imagine a better teacher than Felicia! She is an amazing person, inspiring me in many aspects, motivating, supporting and encouraging me to go outside of my comfort zone. She is very professional, hardworking, disciplined, but also a beauti-ful (and buddhi-ful) soul, who I appreciate and respect. I have mentioned to her a hundred times during the course that she did a great job with creating this program and I am thankful for her hard work on this and for the opportunity to take this journey. Namaste"

"This program was exactly what I needed in this time of my life.

The program dives deep into the roots and underlying physiology and anatomy of the practice combining eastern philosophy and western science to give you an in-depth knowledge and appreciated of the practice beyond just the physical movement.

This program leaves you not only ready to practice and teach Buddhi but also excited to share this magical practice with everyone you know.

Having had the honor of meeting and practicing with Felicia in real life I can attest to the fact that her beautiful in-person energy is reflected just as well online.

Her teaching style in the classroom is calm, clear, and concise and her passion for the practice and what she teaches is evident in her depth of knowledge and the fluid way that she delivers the lectures.

Her presence on the mat is where you really see her shine though. Creative, dynamic, engaging sequencing that keeps you out of your head and in your body. If you have the delight of practicing with her in person her energy is contagious and you always leave feeling incredible."

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to already be a yoga teacher to take the program?
No! This program is designed to teach you everything you need to know from the absolute basics. You will learn all about the anatomy of each pose and movement, and at the end of the program you will know everything you need to know to have a safe personal practice, and to teach a safe and effective practice to others, should you so choose.
What if I am already Buddhi certified or if I have taken similar trainings?
This program is the most comprehensive, thorough program for this style of yoga in existence. Even if you have taken previous Buddhi certifications, or certifications in similar adaptations of the style, you will absolutely have new knowledge – everything from deep anatomical knowledge to philosophy not covered in other programs (and trust me – I have taken most, if not all, of them myself to know!).
Even though this program will teach you everything you need to know to lead a safe and creative class, if you don’t want to teach that is perfectly fine! This program is also designed for those wanting to deepen their personal practice and goes deep into the philosophy behind the practice, connecting you to its benefits and allowing your home practice to expand and grow.
Students needing a payment plan are encouraged to reach out over the contact form. I am always happy to work with students to ensure the practice makes its way to those looking to learn.
The program starts as soon as you sign up! Students have lifetime access to the materials, including any future updates to the program.
